Although recent weeks have been exceptionally warm, the forecast is turning wintry again. Temperatures are dropping back below zero and night frosts are tightening, which means the best spring conditions are just beginning. This winter in Levi has been exceptional in many ways. Early in the season, snow was slow to arrive, but when it finally came, it came in abundance. Around Christmas and into January, an extreme cold spell brought temperatures down to -40°C. After that, the weather quickly swung in the opposite direction – and now we're experiencing an unusually warm period. Spring in Levi is considered by many to be the best time of year.
