What is Levi like in February?
February is Levi's most popular month. Light has truly returned — the sun rises high and fell landscapes bathe in golden light. Snow is at its best and conditions are excellent for both downhill and cross-country skiing. Finnish ski holiday weeks (weeks 8–10) bring families to Levi — the atmosphere is joyful and energetic. February is pricier and busier, but for good reason: conditions are perfect.
What to do in February?
- Skiing and snowboarding — best conditions of the season, all slopes and trails open
- All safaris in full swing (husky, reindeer, snowmobile)
- Kids' activities (Leevilandia, ski school, mini snowmobiles)
- Northern Lights — still possible in February (nights darken after 6 PM)
- Snowshoeing and fatbiking in the sunshine
